About Me

Hi, my name is Brian Seay. I’m a professional who helps families build and manage multi-generational wealth. As the founder of the Capital Stewards, I have the privilege of walking with clients everyday. Every family, including yours, can build multi-generational assets with the right plan.

Speaking of plans, no one wants a 60 page financial plan. Let’s end the myth that investing must be complicated, even if you have significant wealth. We use digital tools that flex as life changes and work in-person with our clients.

I have served as an advisor to business owners and wealthy families and also designed strategies for the largest asset management firms. I am a CFA Charterholder and earned an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. I am a member of the Financial Planning Association, the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Alabama.

When I’m not working with clients or watching markets, you will find me chasing around my 3 children (they are really in charge), making pizza (ask for the secret) or trying new restaurants around Huntsville.

What to expect in the first meeting

We start the conversation by asking questions to learn more about your unique situation. Next, we create and share a one-page plan that includes bespoke insights and a proposal for working together. In our second meeting we will discuss the one-page plan and answer any of your questions. Then, we give you time to evaluate our approach so that you can make an informed decision about partnering with our firm. We look forward to connecting soon!

That means our client’s interests always come first. We start by building a long-term plan and then we turn to utilizing investment and other tools. Our approach integrates public and private investments, tax planning and tax preperation into one point of contact for your family.
