Hi, I'm Nycole Freer, a Certified Financial Planner™. Together, we will get your finances organized, plan for college, and pick your investments. Everyone has blind spots in their personal finances. I assess financial behavior to better understand what your specific needs are. "Personal finance is less finance, and more personal."
MY HISTORY AND EXPERIENCE
I graduated Cal state Fullerton with my degree in Personal Finance in 2012 and have been in financial services since then, going on 11 years now. I got licensed at Waddell & Reed, and that is where I started my career.
In 2018 I earned my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, the CFP®, and in 2022 I earned my Behavioral Financial Advisor (BFA™) designation. I have worked with top financial advisors in the industry for the past 10 years and now ready to fly on my own. Well not 100% on my own.
I am heavily involved with the financial advisor community and staying up to date on relevant topics and are able to bounce ideas off each other. I am a part of the XY Planning Network (XYPN), the Financial Planning Association (FPA), and the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA).
As a mom, wife, health and wellness advocate, and forever student of life, I continue to challenge myself to rise to my potential and encourage others to never settle for less than what their goals are.

Passionate about helping others, Nycole Freer has earned a reputation as an entrepreneur who leads with warmth, compassion, and a relentless dedication to helping others succeed.
“When I was almost 20, I went into a well-known bank branch and spoke to an advisor. I shared that I had $500 to invest. He told me to come back when I had more money. I never went back – instead, I became the advisor I was looking for,” says Nycole.
Serving young entrepreneurs, families, women, and children for over a decade as a trusted advisor, Nycole is the visionary behind Eden Financial.
Founding her company in 2023, Nycole doubled down on her commitment to educating others on how to build a thriving financial life. With the belief that personal finance is “more personal than finance,” Nycole has helped others bring their financial goals to life by first understanding them as people. “I want to be able to help people like my younger self, who had the right financial intentions but who needed guidance on everything from A-Z when it comes to financial planning and investing.”
Sought out for her valued counsel and tailor-made approach, Nycole works with her clientele as their financial “partner,” seeking to educate them every step of the way so they can become more confident along their wealth-building journey. To make Wealthtender free for readers, we earn a nominal monthly fee from financial advisors and firms in exchange for marketing services (including being featured on this profile page), subject to terms of use. This compensation creates a natural conflict of interest when we favor their promotion over others. Wealthtender is not a client of these advisors or firms. Testimonials may not be representative of other clients’ experiences and do not guarantee future performance or success.
Wealthtender exists to help people discover the most trusted and authentic financial advisors and educators in the finance community.
Your honest reviews help people decide which financial professionals, personal finance blogs and podcasts may be best suited to their individual needs.
The majority of people trust reviews as much as personal recommendations, so what you write in your review should reflect your own opinion and experience.
Be descriptive. Instead of just saying what you like or dislike, share why. What have you enjoyed most or least about your experience with the provider? Have they helped you overcome a difficult financial challenge or strengthened your knowledge about particular money matters? The more details, the better!
Be honest. Your rating and review should reflect your actual experience.
Stay relevant. Help ensure your review is useful to others by avoiding off-topic discussions or personal opinions not relevant to your direct experience.
Be objective. Try to highlight both positives and negatives in your review, even if your experience skews heavily in one direction.
Make your review easy to read. Reviews should be readable for others. Use proper grammar, avoid excessive capitalization or punctuation, and be sure to check your spelling.
Be yourself. Don’t post as, or pretend to be, someone else, and do not say you’re associated with a person or organization with which you are not.
Be nice. Don’t write abusive, hateful, threatening, or harrassing content. Avoid personal threats, hate speech, obscentities, or inflammatory language.
Respect the privacy of others. Don’t post information that can be used to identity another individual or compromise their privacy.
Report abuse. Thank you for helping us ensure reviews on Wealthtender are useful to everyone. If you suspect possible violations of our guidelines or believe a review is inappropriate, please email support@wealthtender.com with a link to the review in question and reason you believe it violates our guidelines.
