Hi, I'm Zack Swad, President of Swad Wealth Management and a Certified Financial Planner professional.
Prior to founding Swad Wealth Management, I worked for a Fortune 500 Financial Services company for over 10 years where I served a variety of clients such as small business owners, professionals, and ultra-high net worth families. Surrounded by a wide variety of technical experts, I absorbed a wealth of knowledge, which I use today to craft and manage client plans and portfolios.
I specialize in planning for retirement for people over age 50. I take a unique approach because I believe it is important to truly understand your personal vision (all your hopes, dreams, and goals) and obstacles, and only then do I create a financial plan that is specific to you, so you are empowered to live your best life sooner than most people think is possible.
During our meetings, I will listen intently with empathy, and our meetings will not be rushed.
I’m independent and operate as a fee-only advisor, which means I do not participate in commissions, and I am only paid by you. I am not tied to any products or proprietary strategies. As a fiduciary, I am required by law to act in your best interest.
If needed, I have a network of professionals in their respective insurance, legal, and financial fields.
In my free time, I love to spend time with my wife, Elise. I sing and play guitar or piano. And at night, I enjoy a good movie or TV series. On vacations, I love to travel and see new places and experiences.

About our Firm
Swad Wealth Management specializes in retirement planning for people age 50+. On the surface level, I help people with their financial planning and investment management needs.
But, in a way, retirement planning is kind of dumb. At the least, the way that most advisors do it right now. The idea of waiting until some arbitrary age to pursue your true passions and enjoy life while stopping all meaningful work all at the same time doesn’t really make sense.
That’s why I’m different. I guide people through a process to help them get crystal clear on their vision of their most ideal life. We determine what might get in the way and find solutions to those things. Then, and only then, do I create a financial plan that is specific to them and has those hopes, dreams, and goals as the foundation of their plan. I want a plan that will help impact their lives for the better today while still preparing for tomorrow.
People usually come to me because they feel burnt out at their jobs or business or because they are getting near retirement and are anxious about it, both for financial reasons and personal reasons such as social connections. They’re typically very successful and have grown their wealth and made a lot of good financial decisions. However, they are concerned about making a big change because of the money and because a big change can be quite daunting. At the same time, because their lives are so busy and hectic, they don’t have the bandwidth or energy to figure it all out on their own.
I started Swad Wealth Management because I want people to feel financially confident so they can live their most ideal lives, their “dream retirement” so to speak, sooner rather than later.
I always encourage people to check out my eBook, “15 Retirement Planning Tips for People Age 50+,” which can be downloaded for free on my website: www.swadwealth.com.
I started this company after being with a Fortune 500 brokerage firm for the past almost 11 years. Before I left, I managed a practice of around $800 million dollars of assets across about 300 client households.

To make Wealthtender free for readers, we earn a nominal monthly fee from financial advisors and firms in exchange for marketing services (including being featured on this profile page), subject to terms of use. This compensation creates a natural conflict of interest when we favor their promotion over others. Wealthtender is not a client of these advisors or firms. Wealthtender exists to help people discover the most trusted and authentic financial advisors and educators in the finance community.
Your honest reviews help people decide which financial professionals, personal finance blogs and podcasts may be best suited to their individual needs.
The majority of people trust reviews as much as personal recommendations, so what you write in your review should reflect your own opinion and experience.
Be descriptive. Instead of just saying what you like or dislike, share why. What have you enjoyed most or least about your experience with the provider? Have they helped you overcome a difficult financial challenge or strengthened your knowledge about particular money matters? The more details, the better!
Be honest. Your rating and review should reflect your actual experience.
Stay relevant. Help ensure your review is useful to others by avoiding off-topic discussions or personal opinions not relevant to your direct experience.
Be objective. Try to highlight both positives and negatives in your review, even if your experience skews heavily in one direction.
Make your review easy to read. Reviews should be readable for others. Use proper grammar, avoid excessive capitalization or punctuation, and be sure to check your spelling.
Be yourself. Don’t post as, or pretend to be, someone else, and do not say you’re associated with a person or organization with which you are not.
Be nice. Don’t write abusive, hateful, threatening, or harrassing content. Avoid personal threats, hate speech, obscentities, or inflammatory language.
Respect the privacy of others. Don’t post information that can be used to identity another individual or compromise their privacy.
Report abuse. Thank you for helping us ensure reviews on Wealthtender are useful to everyone. If you suspect possible violations of our guidelines or believe a review is inappropriate, please email support@wealthtender.com with a link to the review in question and reason you believe it violates our guidelines.
